PROJECT: Peach Tree, Crab Apple & Windmill Cottages

 

As resident surveyor, SMD have delivered Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of 3 luxury holiday cottages on the Goodwood Estate.

Project 1 involved the existing staff accommodation being transformed into the new Peach Tree and Crab Apple Cottages located just a short walk from the Goodwood Hotel within the 12,000-acre estate.

They have been designed and furnished to the highest quality and each include; two bedrooms, a bathroom, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, downstairs W/C, utility room and a private back garden. A shared front garden and off-road parking are also available with this fabulous accommodation.

Project 2 saw the transformation of the new Windmill Cottage located on the edge of the Goodwood Estate, a beautiful two-bedroom flint property featuring open-plan kitchen and dining room complete with double-decker dog beds, a sitting room with cosy open fire and luxurious bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. With views across the fields if this 12,000-acre estate, the cottage has a generous garden and patio area and off-road parking.

These fantastic holiday cottages are situated in a prime location enabling guests to explore Goodwood and the surrounding areas.
