Clear Communication

At SMD we ensure clear communication at all times using all the forms of modern communication available to us. All meetings are clearly arranged with detailed minutes taken.

A clear project programme is developed at our initial appointment with a breakdown of clear dates and targets which the whole design team adheres to.

The role of every team member is clearly defined so everyone in the team knows what is required of them, and at what time.

SMD are very proud to have provided project management and quantity surveying services for the Aldingbourne Trust new £4.5m Conference Centre

Northney Roundhouse

Appointed as QS on the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing Roundhouse from offices and retail into luxury 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments on Hayling Island.

MDL Headquarters

SMD were appointed as QS on the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing Yacht Club building into MDL’s brand new Headquarters in Ocean Village, Southampton
