SMD are very proud to have provided project management and quantity surveying services for the Aldingbourne Trust new £4.5m Conference Centre

Northney Roundhouse

Appointed as QS on the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing Roundhouse from offices and retail into luxury 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments on Hayling Island.

MDL Headquarters

SMD were appointed as QS on the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing Yacht Club building into MDL’s brand new Headquarters in Ocean Village, Southampton
